Automation that feels like teamwork.

Partner program · Digital Worker Initiative

You bring the vacancy.
We do the rest.

The skills shortage is the biggest sales topic for your customers – every company knows the problem, hardly any knows the solution. As a partner of the Digital Worker Initiative you bring the open position, MR.KNOW brings the digital worker: potential analysis, demo, closing and implementation. No partner fee, no sales risk.

The market opportunity

From supplier to problem solver

It is no longer the cheapest licence or the lowest daily rate that wins – but whoever solves the staffing problem behind it. Your customers' tasks are there, the people are missing.

Today: supplier

  • Interchangeable technology supplier, revenue per licence or per hour
  • Your software or consulting structures the workflows – checking, deciding and processing remain manual work at the customer
  • Your customers' recruiting comes to nothing, positions stay open for months
  • Conversations only with IT purchasing – where there is no budget for staffing problems

Tomorrow: problem solver

  • Strategic partner for the customer's staffing problem
  • The digital worker operates in the software you sell or implement anyway
  • Recurring revenue from subscriptions, operations and extensions
  • Access to department heads and management – where the budget is
since 2016

Classic Partners refer or advise and earn on every digital worker. Integration Partners operate the platform as their own BPM suite under their own name.

Classic Partner

Refer, advise, earn

For consultants, system houses, software vendors and recruitment agencies. You bring in vacancies, MR.KNOW handles analysis, demo and closing – or you advise and implement yourself. Commission tiered by revenue, no partner fee, your own microsite included.

  • 15–35% commission on licence revenue
  • Tiers Classic · Bronze · Silver · Gold
  • No partner fee, free presales

Integration Partner

Your own BPM suite as white label

For software vendors and IT service providers who build the digital worker firmly into their product. The platform runs under your name (OEM) with free pricing and no minimum revenue – in return for a one-off investment in one of three integration tiers.

  • 50–100% partner commission
  • Tiers Black · Ruby · Diamond
  • Own product name, training allowance, presales

Classic Partner in detail

Consultants and recruiters

Two groups benefit particularly from the Classic model – for different reasons.

Consultants

Break out of the hourly trap

Classic management consulting scales linearly with time for money – your revenue is hard-capped by staff capacity. With digital workers you place subscriptions instead of hours.

Recurring revenue
Risk-free, recurring monthly revenue from digital worker subscriptions.
Higher project rates
Through the upstream persona workshop you act as a solution architect, not a supplier of hours.
Relevance at C-level
You solve management's most pressing problem – the skills shortage – turnkey.

Recruiters

Place instead of recruit

With a human specialist, earnings end with the one-off placement fee – and a resignation means refilling the position. A digital worker brings you margin every month for as long as it is in use.

Lasting margin instead of a one-off fee
Up to 35% on the monthly service – break-even after around nine months, about four times a one-off fee after three years.
No downtime
No recruiting costs, no turnover, no sick leave.
Placement within days
Ready to work immediately and scalable at will.

Microsite & job upload

Your lead machine

Every partner receives a turnkey, branded microsite where customers have their open position analysed.

  • Your own address yourname.mrknow.ai, co-branding with your logo and colours, German and English
  • HR decision-makers upload the vacant position – the AI checks savings potential and automation feasibility
  • The customer receives an ROI-based process dashboard as a PDF in real time
  • You immediately receive the qualified contact details – enquiries are assigned to you as the partner
  • Process “From job posting to digital worker”, your service description, your own FAQ
  • GDPR-compliant, readable by search engines and AI, built and operated by MR.KNOW

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the partner program

Partner program, commission, white label, microsite and start – answered briefly.

What is the MR.KNOW Digital Worker Initiative?

The Digital Worker Initiative is the MR.KNOW partner program for digital workers. Partners bring in their customers' vacancies and staff shortages, MR.KNOW delivers the potential analysis, ROI calculation, demo, quote, contract and implementation of the digital worker. The program comes in two models: Classic Partner and Integration Partner.

Who can become a partner in the MR.KNOW partner program?

Management and IT consultants, system houses, software vendors, IT service providers and recruitment agencies. The prerequisite is access to customers with vacancies or staff shortages – technical knowledge of AI or process automation is not required, MR.KNOW provides that.

What is the difference between Classic Partner and Integration Partner?

Classic Partners refer or advise and receive a commission of 15 to 35 percent on licence revenue, with no partner fee. Integration Partners operate the MR.KNOW platform as their own white-label BPM suite under their product name with free pricing; in return they make a one-off investment in one of the tiers Black, Ruby or Diamond and keep 50 to 100 percent of the licence revenue.

How high is the commission as a Classic Partner?

15 percent on licence revenue from the first deal. As your annual licence revenue grows you reach Bronze with 20 percent from 18,000 euros, Silver with 27 percent from 180,000 euros and Gold with 35 percent from 1.8 million euros. Once a tier is reached, its commission applies for twelve months. Pure referral partners, where MR.KNOW closes the deal, receive a 10 percent referral commission.

What does the white-label model cost for Integration Partners?

Status Black: 75,000 euros one-off investment plus 20 percent per year for maintenance and support, 50 percent partner commission, 2 person-days of training. Status Ruby: 195,000 euros plus 15 percent per year, 65 percent commission, 5 person-days. Status Diamond: 950,000 euros plus 8 percent per year, 100 percent commission, 10 person-days. All tiers include your own product name, free pricing, no minimum revenue and free presales.

When does the integration model pay off compared to Classic?

As soon as your share of the licence revenue clearly exceeds the one-off investment plus annual maintenance and support within your planning period – typically from a mid six-figure licence revenue per year. The model calculator on this page runs both models with your licence price, number of customers and training days and shows earnings, recommendation and break-even in months.

Is there a partner fee or minimum revenue?

No. Classic Partners pay no partner fee, Integration Partners have no minimum revenue. Presales by MR.KNOW – potential analysis, demo account and quote – is free in both models. Training days cost 1,950 euros per person-day; Integration Partners have an allowance included.

Do I have to sell software or hold technical discussions as a partner?

No. Your contribution is access to the customer: you identify a vacancy or a bottleneck and share the link to your microsite. Potential analysis, ROI calculation, BPMN preview, demo and implementation are handled by MR.KNOW – together with you at the customer's site if you wish.

What is the partner microsite and how does it generate leads?

Every partner receives a branded microsite at partner.mrknow.ai in their colours and with their logo, in German and English. Customers upload their open job descriptions there; the AI potential analysis delivers an ROI-based result as a PDF to the customer in real time and the qualified contact details to the partner. MR.KNOW builds and operates the microsite.

How quickly can I start as an MR.KNOW partner?

Within 30 days: week 1 partner contract, access and kick-off; week 2 joint target customer list; week 3 first potential analyses; week 4 first demo appointment and first opportunity in the shared CRM. Microsite, demo account and materials are ready to go.
