3. Website provision & server log files

When you access the website, our host processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page requested, browser) for secure delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting is performed under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Cookies & consent

We use technically necessary cookies and – only with your consent – cookies for statistics and marketing. Consent is given via our cookie banner and can be withdrawn at any time via "Cookie settings". Legal basis: § 25(1) TTDSG together with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; strictly necessary cookies: § 25(2) TTDSG.

5. Contact form, newsletter & email dispatch

If you contact us via one of our forms – contact, callback, webinar registration or video request – we process the data provided (name, email, company, phone number, message) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address in order to send you information about our products, webinars and events. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may unsubscribe at any time – via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or informally to kontakt@mrknow.ai; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

For the technical dispatch of these emails we use Brevo (Brevo SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). Brevo processes the dispatch data exclusively on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; processing takes place within the European Union. 6. Services used

Fonts are embedded locally; there is no connection to external font providers.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Q12LH9Z9YV), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service is loaded only after you have consented to the "Statistics" category: until you consent, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2, default "denied"). We record page views and individual interactions – such as submitted forms, use of the potential analysis and the savings calculator, saving digital workers, and clicks on ticket links. This involves device and browser data, approximate location and a pseudonymous identifier. Your IP address is not stored by Google Analytics 4; it is only used to derive the approximate location and is then discarded. We evaluate the data solely in aggregated form to measure reach and improve our offering; it is not combined with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via Cookie settings. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Processing is carried out under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Retention is limited to the shortest possible period in our Google Analytics account: event data and user-level data are deleted after 2 months. Further information: Google privacy policy.

LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use the Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn ads and to show relevant ads on LinkedIn to visitors of our website. The tag is loaded only after you have consented to the "Marketing" category; without consent no LinkedIn script is loaded and no tracking pixel is called. This involves the page accessed, referrer, device and browser data, IP address and a pseudonymous identifier. LinkedIn provides us with aggregated reports only (e.g. industry, company size, job function of visitors); we cannot identify individuals from them. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG. An agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR is in place for the joint processing. Data may be transferred to LinkedIn Corporation in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Ads conversion tracking. To measure the success of our ads in Google Search we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, address as above). This tells us whether an action we have defined – such as a contact request or a webinar registration – followed a click on an ad. This tag is also loaded only after you have consented to the "Marketing" category. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG. You can give consent for statistics and marketing independently of each other and withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings.

7. Ticket sales via Eventbrite

We use Eventbrite (Eventbrite, Inc., 535 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) to sell tickets for our events. On our event pages you can optionally display the Eventbrite checkout directly on our site. This checkout is only loaded after you have actively clicked the corresponding button – simply opening the page transfers no data to Eventbrite. By clicking you consent to the embedding (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG); the subsequent contract processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In the process, your IP address, browser data and cookies may be processed by Eventbrite and transferred to servers in the USA. Eventbrite is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Alternatively, you can complete the purchase via the outbound link directly at Eventbrite, without any embedding. Details: Eventbrite privacy policy.

8. Storage period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
