Operations build on the open BPMN 2.0 standard with an integrated process engine. Workflows are fully modelled, repeatable and traceable across system boundaries – with no black box and no proprietary, isolated silo running in the background.
DMN decision tables are built directly into the BPMN 2.0 standard – with no separate rule modelling required. A simple rule engine is included, and extensive rule engines or an enterprise service bus can additionally be integrated when needed.
The full process flow is visualised – including colour coding and clearly marked AI activities. Status, responsibilities and AI steps are visible at a glance at any time and remain completely traceable throughout the entire process.
A live instance view, automatic incident detection and process analytics for cycle time, SLA and cost provide real-time visibility into live operations – so bottlenecks and issues surface early and can be resolved in a targeted way.
