Do you love explaining complex topics so that everyone understands them? Have you always wanted to accompany a digital project from the first structure through to go-live? Then join MR.KNOW. Your two-month internship is all about building our new community forum. You are not just support – you are the architect of a knowledge platform.

Your mission: from scratch to go-live

For these two months, the MR.KNOW community forum (built on discourse.org) is your project. Your goal: a lively, well-structured platform for our users.

• Concept & structure: you develop the logic behind the forum – which categories do we need? How do we use tags sensibly?
• Content creation: you turn dry FAQs, tickets and documentation into engaging, helpful forum posts.
• Community strategy: you draft moderation guidelines and role concepts so our users feel at home.
• Knowledge transfer: you document your work so the forum keeps growing successfully after your internship.

Your profile: a communicator with a talent for structure

• Studies: you are an enrolled student – for example in communication studies, business administration, media informatics or technical writing.
• Feel for language: you write confidently in German (C1) and have a knack for texts that are precise and inviting at the same time.
• Affinity for technology: software products excite you. If you have already worked with a CMS or Discourse – great. If not, we will teach you.
• Mindset: you like working independently, have an eye for detail and love bringing order to complex information.
