MR.KNOW at the PzM Summit
On 19 and 20 November 2026 the process management community meets for the 24th PzM Summit in the Orangery of Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna – and we will be there with our own stand. Our topic: automating processes on the basis of BPM and using that foundation to create digital workers that noticeably relieve your team.
BPM as the foundation: automating processes and turning them into digital workers
Many organisations know their processes inside out. Yet the work within them often remains manual: approvals, checks and queries still run through email and Excel, and there are not enough people to handle them. That is exactly where we come in – with business process management as the foundation. On our BPM platform AssistantBPM we automate processes end to end, and based on those processes we create digital workers that take over entire tasks.
What it is all about
- BPM as the foundation: your processes form the basis for every automation – described in the open BPMN 2.0 standard, with every step visible, verifiable and changeable instead of a black box.
- End-to-end process automation: the process engine runs recurring workflows, and low-code turns them into finished applications – without traditional programming.
- Digital workers based on your processes: existing workflows and job profiles become digital workers – as an assistant that supports your team based on rules, as an agent that understands documents and decides within clear rules, or as a worker that completes cases end to end.
- Integration with your systems: connections to ERP, CRM and specialist applications via open interfaces, without media breaks.
- GDPR-compliant and sovereign: highly secure SaaS cloud or on-premises in your own data centre, AI-neutral – you stay in control.
Bring your own process
It gets most interesting when things become concrete. Bring along a process that is currently costing you time and nerves – an approval that takes too long, an inbox that keeps overflowing, a check nobody wants to do. At our stand we will talk together about how far it can be automated and which digital worker could take it over.
About the PzM Summit
The PzM Summit of the Gesellschaft für Prozessmanagement (GP), the Austrian process management association, takes place for the 24th time on 19 and 20 November 2026 – in the Orangery of Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna. With more than 400 participants, it is a fixture for everyone working in process, project, risk and quality management.
Day one is all about practice: after the keynote “Mit Visionen in neue Dimensionen” (“Taking visions to new dimensions”) by Alexander Huber of the Huberbuam, 20 best-practice talks run in parallel across five sessions, in which companies show how they put process management into practice and succeed with it. In the afternoon the Process Award is presented, followed by networking at the GP bar.
On day two, eight full-day expert seminars with practical exercises go deeper into individual topics – such as “Culture eats processes for lunch” or causal process mining with artificial intelligence.
