Digital workers meet IT security
MR.KNOW and Deutsche Cyberkom enter into a partnership
St. Georgen im Schwarzwald – MR.KNOW and Deutsche Cyberkom GmbH, based in Haibach, are now working together as partners. The two companies combine AI-driven process automation and digital workers with expertise in IT security, compliance and communication solutions. Customers from mid-sized businesses, large enterprises and public administration get automation and protection from a single source.
Hand over routine tasks without compromising on security
Bringing AI into core processes creates new interfaces between systems, data and people. At the same time, NIS2 and DORA are raising the regulatory requirements for IT security. Automation and security can therefore no longer be considered separately. This is exactly where the partnership comes in.
For customers, the partnership means one thing above all: they can hand over routine tasks to digital workers without compromising on security. While MR.KNOW’s software colleagues automate recurring tasks, Deutsche Cyberkom keeps the environment they work in protected with penetration testing, network and endpoint security and incident response. Automation and protection are planned together from the start instead of being brought together afterwards.
From compliance consulting to a process that is lived
The added value is particularly clear when it comes to compliance. Deutsche Cyberkom advises companies and public authorities on NIS2, DORA and GRC, laying the conceptual foundation. MR.KNOW’s Security Assistant can then take over recurring tasks around ISMS, NIS2 and DORA and noticeably relieve those responsible in day-to-day operations. Consulting thus becomes a permanently lived process. The two partners complement each other in a similar way in customer communication: AI voicebots, chatbots and Call2CRM from Deutsche Cyberkom can be connected with MR.KNOW’s service and sales workers, so that enquiries are handled seamlessly from first contact to final processing.
On top of that, the two share target industries. Both companies are active in local government, the energy sector and the hotel industry – areas where skills shortages and rising security requirements meet particularly strongly. MR.KNOW contributes specialised digital workers such as the Public Assistant, the Energy Assistant and the Hotel Assistant, while Deutsche Cyberkom provides the matching security concepts. With locations in Haibach, Bergisch Gladbach, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne and Stuttgart and more than 300 customers, Deutsche Cyberkom also ensures regional proximity. MR.KNOW is thus adding a specialist in IT security to its partner network.
