The use of digital assistants in the workplace is increasing rapidly.
According to the consulting and research company Gartner, insurers and financial service providers in particular are flirting with the use of digital employees. Just how versatile and cross-sector the employees of the future can be is demonstrated by the company Inspire Technologies GmbH with its digital assistants, marketed under the “MR.KNOW” brand.
The DIGITAL ASSISTANT “MR.KNOW” is explicitly designed to handle complex internal and external guidelines, requirements and laws. One application example is its use in audit firms. The multitude of standards, regulations and laws to be observed varies from case to case. Due to the high complexity, a certain susceptibility to errors is unavoidable – but for advisers and companies this can become expensive.
Digital employees are designed to support auditors in case processing or, where the rules are clear, to guide customers directly and reliably. For this, the developers of MR.KNOW rely on the so-called zero-coding approach. Based on the data foundation, the virtual employee guides users through complex sets of rules, ensures the correct procedure and points out deviations.
There are hardly any limits to how a digital employee can be shaped. The MR.KNOW DIGITAL ASSISTANT can, for example, be fully animated, equipped with voice control, and also extended with artificial intelligence (AI).
