About All about Process Management

All about Process Management takes place on 30 September and 1 October 2026 at the ICS Internationales Congresscenter of Messe Stuttgart. It looks at process management as a whole and sees itself as a cross-industry community built on open, practice-oriented exchange.

Over two days, participants can look forward to a varied programme of keynotes, expert talks, round tables, workshops and masterclasses – from artificial intelligence in process management and change management through to best practices from companies. The congress is complemented by an accompanying trade exhibition and an evening networking event.

It is aimed at specialists and managers from process and quality management, IT and business departments – across industry, financial services, retail and public administration.
