Focus on digital workers at the MR.KNOW Partner Days 2026
On 16 and 17 July 2026 we welcomed more than 30 partners, AI experts and consultants to St. Georgen to shape the world of work of tomorrow together.
What these two days were about
We used this year's Partner Days to make three things clear: what we will concentrate on from now on, how our partners can win new customers with it and how we want to grow our ecosystem further.
Three digital colleagues against the skills shortage
The skills shortage remains the most pressing topic for our customers. That is why we are focusing even more closely on digital colleagues, whether as an Assistant, an Agent or a Worker.
- Digital Assistant: rule-based, for guided workflows.
- Digital Agent: AI-supported, for unstructured data.
- Digital Worker: autonomous AI orchestration across system boundaries.
To match this, we presented our new website: at www.mrknow.ai, digital workers take centre stage. At its heart is our integrated AI potential analysis – upload a job description, the link to a job advert or a specific requirements document and you will see within minutes how much automation potential it holds.
Impulses from outside
We invited guests who give us the outside view: Daniela Rittmeier (RITTMEIER Consulting), Prof. Dr. Volker Stiehl (Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt) and Johannes Schwager (CGI Germany) showed how AI integration works in practice, how processes stay reliable along the way and how the future world of work can be shaped.
A new partnership and four awarded partners
One highlight for us was announcing our partnership with VISION Consulting GmbH. We also honoured four partners who stood out over the past year with their exceptional commitment:
We celebrated in the evening with a Black Forest barbecue buffet, acrobatics and a fire show – and along the way plenty of new contacts were made in a relaxed setting.
What we take away
Our managing director Dr. Michael Otte sums it up: “A sustainable digital workforce is not created by individual products, but by strong partners and concrete implementation. With our focus on digital workers we are building the reliable basis for connecting AI, BPM and people together with our partners.”
Would you like to become part of our partner ecosystem, or find out which tasks a digital worker could take on in your organisation? Get in touch – we look forward to hearing from you.
