The project involved building a digital maturity model to make the digital development of the district office's departments measurable, to steer it and to identify the right measures to promote digitalisation. The head of the Office for Digitalisation, Matthias Kreutzer, accepts the award with pleasure.

The maturity model therefore offers us great added value in the practical work of administrative digitalisation. Other administrations have also already expressed interest in introducing the Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis maturity model.”
