How digital police officers report for duty

With the Cyberguide, real police officers are taken by the hand by digital assistants and guided through the entire process of recording a report. Intuitive user guidance makes training unnecessary. At the same time, processes are triggered in the background that create further added value for the investigation – for example an automated IBAN check, informing further victims or securing volatile data.

The knowledge of subject-matter experts is cast into process models (BPMN 2.0 standard) and automated using low-coding. This eliminates the programming effort and the application can be maintained directly without any loss of knowledge. As a BORDER ASSISTANT, MR.KNOW also supports entry and border protection, and as a DECLARATION ASSISTANT it helps handle export and import procedures. Whenever it comes to automated case processing or the digital support of enquiries, MR.KNOW is deployed with its added value.
