INSPIRE is repositioning itself as a specialist for digital assistance systems. The focus is on assistants that support companies with processes in the areas of finance, controlling and taxes, simplify case handling and ensure that rules and regulations are complied with.

The company sees further areas of application in service, maintenance, helpdesk, telemedicine, health insurers, public administration as well as police and security authorities. INSPIRE advises companies on the selection of the necessary components and offers two predefined assistant types (Specialist & Expert). Numerous technologies are available, for example process management (BPM), artificial intelligence (AI), bots, dialogues, speech, robotic process automation (RPA), 2D/3D avatars and interfaces.

In addition, with the "MR.KNOW" platform the company is building an environment for creating digital assistants and low-code applications. This environment is based on the new MR.KNOW – PLATFORM, which enables creation and operation in the cloud.
