Digital Employees for Public Authorities and Administrations: The MR.KNOW – PUBLIC ASSISTANT

Fast help for managing the crisis – the PUBLIC ASSISTANT relieves public authorities and administrations.

MR.KNOW PUBLIC ASSISTANT for public authorities and administrations

To speed up the processing of applications, relieve staff and automate processes, Inspire Technologies offers all public authorities and administrations the opportunity to use digital assistants (MR.KNOW). These help cities and municipalities, district offices, chambers of industry and commerce and other administrative bodies to fulfil their information and service obligations towards their citizens.

In an online workshop, the employees' know-how and specific procedures are translated via a description method into a graphical model (in accordance with the BPMN standard), which then runs fully automatically. In a second step, the assistant is implemented visually and can be integrated into existing websites or specialist applications.

To ensure quick adaptation to changing situations, the system can also be maintained and modified by the specialist departments themselves, without any programming. The digital employee can access existing systems and thus handle and support case processing independently.

Examples of a possible MR.KNOW – PUBLIC ASSISTANT include the review of emergency aid, applications for deadline extensions, deferral of levies, deregistrations and registrations (e.g. of vehicles), changes of residence, business deregistration, applications for short-time work allowance or the registration for a daycare place. INSPIRE has demonstrated its expertise in implementing such projects, among others, together with the ITSG in implementing informationsportal.de.
