• 1. Refrain from any insults, criminal content, pornography and foul language in their contributions,
• 2. Bear sole responsibility for the content which they post, not infringe the rights of third parties (in particular trademark rights, copyrights and personal rights) and fully indemnify the operators of "mrknow.ai" from claims by third parties triggered by their contributions.
• 3. Neither post advertisements of any kind in forums or comments nor use forums and comments for any kind of commercial activity. This particularly applies to the publication of "0900" telephone numbers for any purpose.

We are not obliged to publish submitted comments or forum contributions. The operators of "mrknow.ai" reserve the right to edit or delete comments and forum contributions at their own discretion. If the obligations under 1), 2) and 3) are violated, the operators also reserve the right to block membership for a limited period of time or to cancel it permanently.

4. Submission of contributions and articles
If the member makes use of the possibility of submitting own contributions for the editorial part of "mrknow.ai", the following applies:
A prerequisite for posting own contributions is that the member has entered his/her full and correct first and last name in his/her "mrknow.ai" user profile, or enters it there after submitting the article. The submitted contribution will be marked (publicly) with the name entered there when publication takes place. The member must submit the following declarations for all contributions, which he/she submits in the future on "mrknow.ai":

• 1. The member gives his/her assurance that the submitted contributions are free from third party rights, particularly copyrights, trademark rights or personal rights. This applies to all submitted contributions and imagery.
• 2. The member grants the operators of "mrknow.ai" an unrestricted usage right to the submitted contributions. This includes publication on the Internet on "mrknow.ai" as well as on other Internet servers, in newsletters, print media and other publications.
• 3. Submitted contributions will be deleted or anonymized at the request of the member by email to the webmaster's address. Deletion or anonymization will take place within 7 days of notification. The operators shall only be liable for consequential damages incurred by the member due to delayed deletion of the contribution to the extent that the damages are not based on a breach of duty by the member (above under 1), 2) and 3) ) and the damages are also based on gross negligence or intent on the part of the operators of "mrknow.ai". In this respect, we would like to expressly point out that "mrknow.ai" is regularly indexed by search engines and that we have no influence on whether, where and for how long contributions published by us may be stored and be retrievable in databases of search engines and web catalogues, even after they have been deleted from "mrknow.ai".

If the opportunity to enter personal or business information is used on the website, the information is entered by the user voluntarily.
