Introduction workshop (3 MD)
The introductory workshop shows the ACTUAL situation of the process, the optimisation options, implementation in the standard notation BPMN 2.0 as well as various user interface suggestions on the basis of a concrete solution request. You will be given a concrete solution diagram, an initial prototype as well as suggestions for implementation which you can use in any way you like. The workshop takes place over two days at your location, plus a day for preparation and follow-up.
