INTRODUCTION

Service-Meister is an AI project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology to develop a service ecosystem. A consortium of members and the eco - Verband der Internetwirtschaft e.V. as consortium leader, which has been in existence since 2020, is developing a cross-facility, cross-department and cross-company service platform that is intended to improve the service processes of small and medium-sized enterprises.
